Frank Shirley – President, Director of Operations and Treasurer

Frank is a native of Atlanta, Georgia with over thirty years experience in commercial contracting; specializing in highly detailed office space, retail and restaurant projects as well as freestanding office buildings and shopping center renovations.

Charles Mead –
Vice President and Chief Estimator

Charles’ experience in the industry spans more than thirty years and covers nearly all aspects of the construction industry. Some projects he has been involved with range from historic residential renovations and light commercial projects to large land reclamation projects such as renovation of dams to shopping centers and commercial interior projects.

Carrissa McKnight –Office Manager and Marketing Department

Carrissa has 4 years as office manager under her belt. She has 12 years experience of providing excellent customer service in several fields. Carrissa also has four years of marketing experience working for “A-Class” apartment management companies. Carrissa has proved to be a valuable asset to GCBI in both  daily operations managament and accounts payable and recieveable.

Ron Kohut - Superintendent

Ron joined our team in June of this year and has successfully completed ~$400k in projects in that short amount of time.
